Training manuals, which are in fact human rights textbook, are made up of two parts: the first part is of human rights subjects, the second part is the training methods of human rights subjects. Handbook of Human Rights, provides the foundation and essence of human rights subjects with simple words, for teachers, activists, human rights institutions and other stakeholders.
Manuals are prepared, through working groups, consisting of experienced and knowledgeable domestic and international experts in the areas of their work. Handbook of Civil Society and Human Rights Network is produced in close coordination with institutions, experts and intellectuals.
The first training manual, provided by the network of civil society and human rights was about elections and political participation of citizens, were published on the occasion of the first parliamentary elections, under the name of «دستنامۀ آموزشی انتخاباتِ پارلمانی» (parliamentary elections training manual).
The second work in this direction was called «دستنامۀ آموزشی حقوق بشر» “human rights training manual” which covers basic of human rights and consists of 21 human rights topics, linked to civil , political ,the economic, social and cultural rights. This manual is considered as the country’s first specialized manual, in connection with human rights. In preparing this handbook, specialist’s countries, Denmark, Switzerland and Afghanistan, have worked together. For accurate use of this handbook, forty teachers across the country were trained and are already busy teaching, human rights subjects in different parts of the country.
The third training manual was prepared by the civil society and human rights network, is called «دستنامۀ گفتمانِ حقِ زن در افغانستان» “women rights in Afghanistan debate manual”. This manual was also prepared in eight months by domestic and foreign working group experts. The contents of this handbook includes traditions, norms and values. This Manual, has tried to lead the discussion about challenges of human rights, social cultures and civilizations. This handbook is a collection of theoretical debate, collection of facts, thoughts and the way society views women’s rights in Afghanistan. Women rights in Afghanistan debate manual is an important achievement grid, which makes favorable terms of discussion about social issues.
